Group Therapy for Stress and Anxiety
This group uses the concepts of Movement and Active Psychology in a live and interactive webinar. From the comfort of your own home, we will share, learn and support each other to release stress and anxiety.
Exercises will include calisthenics, stretching, sharing sessions and solutions. The concept is to apply regular group psychology techniques combined with certain movements such as stretching. You will be lead through a routine and will interact with others through a live video stream.
